Customer feedback
We decided to prepare for an upgrade to HDTV on a Mac Mini as Media Center (Drop the cable!) Of course, that work to make good, we needed a high resolution display, so we decided to look only to the 1080p-capable screens. Outside the room is fairly small, so a 37 "seemed appropriate.
We were primarily looking at the Samsung and Sony models, if my wife found this at Costco for less than $ 600. I was familiar with the products of Vice, but are a bit 'suspicious of smallerProducers. But the picture looked good, and what I read gave me hope, so we went to buy one.
I am very pleased with him so far. He has a good collection of inputs: three HDMI (2 rear / 1 side) 2 component (1 rear / 1 side), 2 composite (1 rear / 1 side) 1 S-video (rear), a cable / antenna (rear) and a VGA-out (rear). I tried the HDMI, component and composite inputs, and all show very well on screen. We actually have not yet connected to the computer so I can notTo confirm how well it works, but I suspect it will be good.
We have most of audio devices from our various paths through a surround receiver, so I'm just using the TV speakers for the Wii. It 's just a metal breath - more than enough, really, but not the same quality. But since this is not a big problem for us, I do not think that is against the vice.
A nice bonus is that it is fairly high energy efficiency for LED backlighting, usesabout 110 watts. The remote is well thought out and complete the on-screen menu (input selection and adaptation of the picture) are quite acceptable. This is a refresh rate was 60Hz. I do not have much experience with 120Hz displays, but we had no problems with both motion artifacts with this set.
Highly recommended as a very nice TV for a good price.
